About

We got tired of watching good plans die in month two

Construction System is the dedicated operation practice of ZestMate Solution, built for contractors who bill in stages.

The pattern we kept seeing

A contractor buys a system, someone configures it, three screens get built, everyone is optimistic. Sixty days later the schedule is a printout on the wall, the billing stages live in one person’s notebook, and nobody can say which stage is late until the month closes and the money is not there.

The software was never the problem. The job, the money and the materials were never on the same timeline, so somebody had to line them up by hand every week, and nobody ever did.

So we changed what gets built first

The rest of this market starts with a beautiful schedule and adds the money later. We start where the money is. Billing stages and retention become pins on the same line as the work, so moving an install bar moves the billing pin in front of you.

And we cut the scope instead of squeezing the work. A full project timeline takes six to eight weeks in the research, so thirty days buys one project, not the whole company. Squeezing six weeks into three does not make the work faster. It makes half-finished work that gets called finished.

We are honest about what is not proven yet

This program is new. There is no client case study on this site because there is no finished client yet, and we would rather write that than dress up somebody else’s number as ours. What we can show you is how it gets measured: one line, agreed in writing before the clock starts, checked with copies of real invoices.

Who's behind it

Construction System is led by Pongsiri Trivittayasil, founder of ZestMate Solution, a Thai B2B consultancy working with SME manufacturers, project contractors and installation businesses.
